At Retouch, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our 100% hand-painted artworks. Because each piece is a unique original created specifically for our collectors, we have established the following guidelines for returns and refunds:

1. Return Eligibility

  • Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, your painting must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original professional packaging.
  • Since every stroke is an intentional part of the artistic process, minor variations in texture or color are considered part of the piece’s unique character and are not grounds for a return.

2. Damaged Items

  • We prioritize safe and professional global shipping to ensure your art arrives gallery-ready.
  • If your painting arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at almrryah-jrs@hotmail.com with photos of the packaging and the artwork.
  • We will work with you to provide a repair, a replacement, or a full refund depending on the extent of the damage.

3. Custom & Commissioned Works

  • Please note that custom-sized paintings or personalized commissions created through our “Painting Stages” process are generally non-refundable.
  • We provide updates during the creation of these pieces to ensure you are satisfied with the artistic evolution before the final “retouch” is applied.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, such as Ziina, within a certain amount of days.

5. Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to an error on our part or damage during initial delivery.
